Valentines Day

It's Feb 13. Tomorrow is THE DAY. The day that.. WHAT?
Valentines day is not just Mr. and Mrs. Romance's wedding, when boys buy girls flowers and candy and they have a big mushy gushy date while exchanging lace-covered hearts and doilies.  No,no,no. It's a day to express friendship, and, Okay fine, some love. It's fine to have this day-I like it-But,PLEASE do not say it's a day where girls fall into the feet of a male and he carries her off to his white horse. Sorry, but it's just not true :)

No lace involved. Hee Hee Hee.

BARBIE DOLLS MAKEUP: True Story

Barbie is very skinny. She wears a lot of pink, and is pretty stereotypical, which I dislike, especially because Barbie dolls are aimed for younger kids. Something happened today that I think was SO AGGRAVATING!

I went to the store today, and we where taking a shortcut to the checkout through all of the makeup. I saw one thing that caught my eye, a little bag with the Barbie symbol. It had a plastic side so that you could see through it. Inside, were two EXTREMELY over-sparkly nail polish bottles, one had pink and one red. Beside them, in two identical colors, where lip glosses. I dislike that they had makeup for little, LITTLE girls. It's giving out the message that you need makeup to be pretty, Just because Barbie has some. I was so annoyed.
